We are pleased to assist a prestigious business partner in recruiting an additional Senior Corporate Officer. The investment firm's 50 employees work across 2 distinct divisions: the corporate/legal division and the accounting division.
The company provides a number of services with a focus on non-regulated investment vehicles for all the entities of the group domiciliated in Luxembourg. The teams provide accounting, tax, corporate and domiciliationservices . Its vibrant and extremely diversified workforce works together in a close-knit team environment to sustain operational excellence.
During our first in-person business meeting, we had the opportunity to meet part of the team. The extremely competent Head of Legal indicated that she was fulfilled working in such a diverse and cohesive work environment. For her, in comparison to other service providers, this in-house function provided employees with a series of different benefits. She put forward the fact that the department's work was shaped by extremely interesting transactions and duties. We witnessed first-hand how colleagues interacted with each other, laughing and chatting during lunchtime.
The experienced Office Head shared with us the motivation behind their flexible policy. The highly adaptable working hours allow for great flexibility. Additionally, the initiative of teleworking is encouraged. Start your day between 7 am and 10 am, or rejoice in the 32 days of paid leave to focus on personal projects. Your Responsibilities | Senior Corporate Officer - Corporate – Legal – Fiduciary - ManCo
- For the entities within your portfolio, you will oversee the legal and corporate proceedings from the constitution to liquidation. This also includes the approval of annual accounts and the publication of statutory changes.
- You are in charge of preparing board- and -shareholder meetings and will be in charge of drafting minutes.
- You are also responsible for coordinating operations with external third parties such as banks, lawyers and auditors.

- You possess at least 4 years of experience within a similar role in Luxembourg. Experiences within service providers such as a PFS, fiduciary or even a Management Company are highly advantageous.
- You possess a good enough level of English both orally and in writing and thrive when working in international settings.
- You have ideally obtained a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Law.
- You are experienced with the management of SPVs, from incorporation to liquidation.
- Your meticulous and organized workstyle contributes to seamless service delivery. Finally, your strong interpersonal skills make you an excellent team player.

- Up to 80 000€ gross per year (in line with your experience) to which you can add meal vouchers, a pensionplan , a health insurance policy and a bonus.
