Le Luxembourg Institute of Science and Technology (LIST) est une Organisation pour la Recherche et la Technologie (Research and Technology Organisation - RTO) avec pour mission de développer des technologies avancées et d'offrir, à l'économie et à la société, des produits et services innovants. Ces innovations permettent de relever un bon nombre de défis sociétaux, notamment dans les domaines de l'environnement, la sécurité, l'éducation et la culture, le développement durable, ainsi que l'utilisation efficace des ressources.

**Comment allez-vous contribuer ?**:
En tant que ** Infrastructure**, vous contribuez à l'entretien et de la sécurité des bâtiments et/ou des domaines (plusieurs sites). Vous allez
- Participer à toutes les réparations et l'entretien et répondez aux questions et aux plaintes.
- Superviser et vous assurer que toutes les tâches d'installation/entretien sont effectuées de manière satisfaisante.
- Maintenir les niveaux de stock requis pour les équipements de nettoyage, les détergents et les produits jetables.
- Vous assurer que l'équipement utilisé est conforme à la loi sur la sécurité du travail.
- Préparer l'arrivée de nouvelles machines, assurer le suivi de projets de modifications infrastructures de petite et moyenne importance.
- Tenir à jours les stocks mobiliers et si nécessaire son remplacement.
- Assurer le suivi et le cas échéant le remplacement des véhicules de service.
- Assurer avec le service communication l'installation des événements tel que foire / stands, conférences qui demandent des infrastructures techniques.
- Préparer avec les équipes scientifiques l'arrivée de nouveaux équipements en fonction du cahier des charges technique demandé par le constructeur.

**Impact**
- Maintenir en activité, de manière autonome sous une supervision limitée, les différents bâtiments du LIST.
- Contribuer à la maintenance et veille à la conformité des équipements liés à l'électricité, au gaz, au chauffage, HVAC, etc.
- Intervenir, selon un principe d'astreinte, 7/7 et 24/24 en cas d'alarmes générées par les différents systèmes du LIST (GTC, alarmes incendie, intrusion,).

**Orienté solution**
- Proposer des améliorations ou des solutions aux problèmes rencontrés au Technicien Senior Infrastructure et/ou au Responsable Infrastructure.

**Communication et influence**
- Communiquer avec des contacts à l'intérieur et à l'extérieur de l'équipe pour obtenir ou fournir des informations sur des questions liées à l'infrastructure.
- Informer tous les intervenants du LIST des instructions, méthodes, procédures et politiques à respecter en termes d'infrastructure.
- Promouvoir l'image positive du service d'infrastructure à l'intérieur et à l'extérieur du LIST.
- Prévenir le personnel de tout événement technique qui peut entraîner des restrictions liées à la sécurité. Cela peut aller jusqu'à interdire l'accès à des locaux qui ne seraient plus sécurisés en raison de problèmes techniques.

**Compétences et expérience**
- BAC + 2 ou équivalent
- Première expérience professionnelle en tant que technicien de maintenance
- Connaître les installations HVAC (climatisation, chauffage, etc.)
- Savoir appliquer les techniques de plomberie, électricité, serrurerie et intrusion
- Connaître les gaz et réseaux de gaz constitue un avantage Avoir connaissance des méthodes, systèmes et pratiques opérationnels en termes d'infrastructure
- Maîtriser les outils bureautiques courants (Word, Excel). La connaissance d'AutoCAD est un plus
- Être polyvalent
- Faire preuve d'initiative, d'autonomie et de rigueur
- Savoir s'adapter à de nouvelles situations
- Être organisé pour pouvoir traiter plusieurs tâches en même temps
- Respecter les règles de sécurité
- Avoir le sens du contact et un bon esprit d'équipe
- Disposer d'un permis de conduire de type B

**Langues**
- Maîtriser le français
- Idéalement disposer d'un niveau intermédiaire en anglais
- Connaître le luxembourgeois ou l'allemand constitue un atout
