BBH is currently searching for a Luxembourg based Talent Acquisition Specialist to support its finance functions in Luxembourg, Dublin, London and Zurich on a permanent basis.

You will report directly into the European Talent Acquisition Manger.

In this role you will act as a business advisor on staffing matters. You will build your recruitment strategy based on your experience and knowledge of the market.

You will lead end to end recruitment process which among others involves intake sessions, CV and phone screening, interviewing, preparation of offers, sourcing for niche positions.

You will also be part of a team that is passionate in recruitment and supports one another in achieving great results while enjoying the work we do.


Responsibilities:

  • Act as a business advisor and build/maintain close relationship with stakeholders at various levels of the organization
  • Conduct phone and face to face interviews
  • Contribute to the growth of the team and introduce local/global improvement initiatives

What we would like:

  • A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience
  • Preferably a good understanding of local employment market
  • Experience with competency based interviewing will be an asset
  • Strong presentation skills and demonstrate high degree of professionalism
  • Proven relationship management and interpersonal skills with the ability to successfully negotiate and influence colleagues
  • Ability to think independently and take ownership of critical issues
  • Must be highly organized and display soundjudgement
  • Passionate about recruitment
