ING Luxembourg recrute actuellement 2 stagiaires RH au poste de
**Talent Acquisition and Training Intern**. Le stage est à pourvoir pour Janvier 2024 pour une durée de 6 mois minimum.

**Vos missions**

Le/la stagiaire sera impliqué(e) dans le fonctionnement quotidien du département Ressources Humaines et aura l'occasion de travailler sur des sujets aussi variés que le recrutement, l'onboarding, l'employee experience, la formation, etc. Il/elle se verra confier, entre autres, les tâches suivantes:
**Talent Acquisition**
- Gestion du processus de recrutement des stagiaires de la banque : screening CV, prise de rendez-vous, gestion des entretiens ;
- Gestion de l'onboarding des stagiaires et nouveaux employés de la banque : élaboration des conventions, préparation des arrivées des nouveaux entrants, intégration des nouveaux employés, présentation d'accueil, etc. ;
- Prise en charge de différentes tâches administratives : envoi de formulaires, réception des documents et mise à jour de dossiers employés ;
- Gestion de projets RH variés ;
- Suivi des HR Business Partner dans leurs tâches quotidiennes.

**Formation**
- Participation à différents projets formation et aux rencontres des prestataires (formateurs, coach) ;
- Suivi de la formation des employés via notre plate-forme (création des formations, inscriptions, gestion des fiches de présence) ;
- Gestion des formations obligatoires pour les nouveaux entrants ;
- Traitement journalier des factures, fiches de frais et suivi des inscriptions des collaborateurs ;
- Réponses aux diverses questions du personnel à propos des formations.

**Compétences et comportements**
- Excellent sens de l'organisation et de la rigueur ;
- Bonnes capacités rédactionnelles ;
- Sens relationnel développé ;
- Capacité de travail tant en équipe que de façon autonome ;
- Bonne maîtrise de MS Office (Word, Excel, Access, Powerpoint ).

**Expérience**
- Formation universitaire niveau Bac + 4/5 à orientation commerciale, économique, sciences humaines, juridique ;
- Une première expérience dans les Ressources Humaines est un avantage.

**Langues**
- Une connaissance parfaite du français et une bonne maîtrise de l'anglais sont requises.
