Afin d'offrir à ses clients un panel riche de solutions cross canal articulant storytelling, stratégie media et retour sur investissement, le Brand Studio recrute un(e)

**Senior Media & Solutions Advisor (H/F)**

Au sein d'une équipe de conseillers commerciaux, vous êtes un « team player » disposant d'un sens accru du service et de la satisfaction client.

**Vos missions**
- La consolidation et le développement commercial à long terme d'un portefeuille client annonceurs.
- La commercialisation et le conseil sur l'ensemble de nos solutions Media (Print, Digital, Événementiel) auprès d'une clientèle de professionnels exigeants.
- La veille concurrentielle et le développement de la connaissance marché / industrie de la base clients qui vous sera confiée.
- L'analyse et la compréhension des besoins de vos clients / prospects, leur accompagnement en matière de stratégie Media et / ou Contenu, mais également l'élaboration des propositions commerciales comme de la mise en œuvre et le suivi de leurs plans d'actions.
- La collaboration avec les différents services du Brand Studio dans la conception et l'optimisation les dispositifs de communication (planning stratégique, création, éditorial, production, marketing, trafic, RP ).
- Le reporting auprès de la Direction de votre activité et l'anticipation de l'atterrissage du CA de votre périmètre d'action.

**Votre profil**
- Commercial de formation, vous possédez idéalement une expérience d'au moins 4 ans dans le conseil média ou la vente d'espaces publicitaires multi-supports au sein d'une régie publicitaire, agence de communication ou agence web.
- Orienté Business et Solution, vous êtes polyvalent et agile : vous avez une appétence particulière pour le conseil client mais aimez également les challenges de conquête.
- Passionné par le monde des médias et de l'édition, vous êtes curieux et avez un bon niveau de culture générale et économique, à la fois international et local. Vous êtes convaincu par les atouts qu'offrent notre entreprise de Publishing aux entreprises qui font l'économie du Luxembourg et êtes capable de l'expliquer comme le transmettre avec conviction.
- Dynamique et organisé, vous avez le sens des enjeux et de l'analyse. Votre sens du diagnostic et votre état d'esprit positifs vous permettent d'être force de proposition et de négociation avec des interlocuteurs de niveaux variés.
- Disposant de solides bases en matière de Média digitaux.
- Vous vous exprimez couramment en français et en anglais (le luxembourgeois et/ou l'allemand sont un plus).
