Your role

  • Are you able to handle multiple priorities with energy and enthusiasm? Do you have an understanding of business processes and how we can help the business become more efficient?
  • We're looking for a business & process manager working on following tasks:
  • understand the priorities and strategic goals of the Operating Head from a location perspective
- working on initiatives that will drive the business forward or simplify the way we work (including automation ideas)
- planning and coordinating events within Operating Head area
- understand business processes, support the design, maintain them in the database and the annual review cycle
- ensure delivery of regular management and business reporting
- coordinate reporting to various management bodies and local operating forum
- perform data (costs, static or transactions) analysis to prepare management decisions
- work with a variety of stakeholders both within your function and with supporting units e.g. Client Support Organization, Finance, HR
- handle some administrative tasks (agenda coordination, org charts, intranet updates ).

Your team

  • You'll be working in the Operating Office in Luxembourg. We provide different set of services to ensure that the Operating Head performs effectively whilst keeping alignment with our strategic priorities. Our team is composed of a great variety of skills and personalities and is mandated to cope with a large variety of tasks. In this particular role, you will be working closely with experienced business and process manager to grow your path into the team and your career.

Your expertise
- we are open to different types of profiles and experiences, from a junior profile to a more experienced person
- knowledge about BPMN methodology or any other process related method and tool is an asset
- understanding of the financial industry through studies and/or working experience
- very organised and eager to handle many tasks simultaneously
- great communicator and facilitator
- quick to learn new things be it a new IT tool or process
- any sensitivity for automation or proficiency in excel (macro) would be appreciated
- always looking to remove barriers and make the way we work more efficient
- natural risk manager with a strategic mind-set
- fluent in English; French, German or Polish would be considered as additional asset.
