Our Internal IT department creates the technological environment and supports Deloitte employees to have rapid and secure access to information tools on a daily basis; leveraging efficient and powerful tools as well as emergent technologies. The process management team helps the organization to work smoothly and efficiently, defines the processes, the rules and ensures that they are respected.

Your next challenge

  • Unleashing the Future of IT Service Management
  • Leading the charge in optimizing ITIL practices and driving transformative change
  • As an ITIL Expert, you will be a key player in refining and implementing ITIL practices, with a focus on elevating the majors ITIL processes (Change, incident, problem, configuration, event)
  • Implementing and fostering new ITIL practices and new ITIL processes not yet in-deep defined in the organization (Knowledge, Capacity, Release, Continuous Service Improvement).
  • Working independently and collaboratively within a dynamic team
  • Providing coaching and training to employees at all levels.
  • Defining success metrics and measuring performance against these.
  • Providing reporting and other updates to management and other teams
  • Helping other ITIL process managers to ensure the coherence of the IT organization.

Your skills

  • 4-5 years of relevant ITIL process Management experience ideally in a large company.
  • Good understanding of ITIL processes, techniques & tools (ServiceNow is a plus).
  • Good knowledge of IT Service Management (ITSM) principles.
  • Effective facilitation and influencing skills.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills.
  • Conflict resolution and negotiation skills.
  • Good listening and communications skills.
  • Strong business acumen.
  • Analytical mindset and critical thinking.
  • Able to cope with pressure.
  • Good problem-solving skills.
  • Team player & able to collaborate with others.
