**Deine Herausforderung**
- Vertretung des Kundenempfangs und der Telefonzentrale
- Unterstützung des Kundenberaters bei administrativen Aufgaben und Projekten
- Vor
- und Nachbereitung von Kundenbesuchen und Besprechungen
- Abwicklung von Zahlungsaufträgen und Überwachung von Fälligkeiten
- Vor
- und Nachbereitung von Kontoeröffnungen
- Bearbeitung von Kundenaufträgen (Börsengeschäfte, Wertpapiergeschäfte, Kredite etc.)
- Bearbeitung der Kundenkorrespondenz, telefonischer Kontakt mit Kunden
- Erstellen von Statistiken und Berichten (Word / Excel)
- Trouble Shooting

**Dein Profil**
- Abgeschlossene Bankausbildung und mindestens zwei Jahre Berufserfahrung als Assistenz Private Banking oder Studium im Finanzbereich
- MiFID II-Zertifizierung ist obligatorisch
- Fundierte Kenntnisse des MS-Office-Pakets (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Freude und Erfahrung bei der selbstständigen und eigenverantwortlichen Ausführung von Aufgaben sowie die Fähigkeit, auch in stressigen Zeiten den Überblick zu behalten
- Kundenorientierte, professionelle und termingerechte Arbeitsweise, freundliches Auftreten und ein hohes Verantwortungsbewusstsein
- Vertrauenswürdigkeit, Flexibilität und Teamfähigkeit
- Fließende Deutsch-, Englisch
- und Französischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift. Weitere Sprachkenntnisse sind von Vorteil.
