Son futur **PRODUCT MANAGER (M/F/d)**

En contrat à durée indéterminée

**Votre mission:
- En tant que Product Manager, vous serez un véritable chef d'orchestre dans l'organisation d'événements au sein du département « Leadership Produits », dont la mission est de créer et de promouvoir des solutions événementielles innovantes, ainsi que de piloter leurs propres projets événementiels et ceux de leurs clients.
- Vous assumerez la responsabilité complète de la gestion des expositions, conférences et incentives, en collaboration étroite avec les équipes internes, les clients, les partenaires et les fournisseurs pour garantir que les événements soient livrés dans les délais impartis, dans le respect du budget et des normes de qualité.
- Vous ferez la différence en veillant à ce que les événements aient un impact économique, social et environnemental positif.

**Votre contribution**:

- Vous planifiez et organisez les différentes phases des projets, y compris la recherche, la conception, la production, la promotion, la logistique et la gestion.
- Vous élaborez des plans de projet y compris des échéanciers, des budgets et des ressources nécessaires pour assurer l'impact souhaité.
- Vous êtes l'interlocuteur principal des partenaires et fournisseurs pour assurer la disponibilité des ressources nécessaires pour les projets.
- Vous réalisez des plans techniques nécessaires à la mise en place des expositions, en respectant les normes de sécurité spécifiques au grand-duché de Luxembourg.
- Vous coordonnez les équipes internes pour la réalisation des événements, en assurant la communication efficace entre les membres de l'équipe et les parties prenantes.
- Vous évaluez l'impact et la performance des produits pour informer le management des améliorations à apporter.
- Vous synchronisez la recherche de marché et la collecte de données pour guider la conception des produits et développement d'une expertise dans le secteur événementiel.

- Vous êtes un professionnel passionné de l'organisation d'événements ou de la gestion de projets ou de produits.
- Vous êtes patient, minutieux, vif et astucieux, toujours prêt à gérer les imprévus de dernière minute.

- Vous avez une formation universitaire (ou équivalente).
- Vous êtes à l'aise avec au moins deux langues, dont l'allemand que vous utilisez couramment, le français et/ou l'anglais. Une bonne connaissance des enjeux locaux et du luxembourgeois serait très appréciée.
