Summary:
Join us as a
Product Manager at Terra Matters and lead the development, launch, and expansion of our leading initiative, the PCDS.
As a key member of our team, your role is instrumental in conceptualizing the product development phasis from discovery through to delivery with the purpose of shaping a successful commercial launch.
Responsibilities:
- Drive the iterative product vision, including business model refinement, strategic positioning, and identification of new functional requirements.
- Ensure seamless execution of the product launch through effective communication and collaboration with the project manager in charge of structuring and planning the project launch activities, resources, and deadlines.
- Identify markets and segments with high potential. Conduct thorough market research and surveys to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape.
- Collaborate closely with team members and external partners to keep customers at the heart of the project, gather business needs, and ensure the best possible user experience.
- Adapt the product strategy accordingly. Translate customer insights and industry trends into product specifications and key functionalities.
- Collaborate with partner companies and key influential governmental bodies and institutions to ensure the PCDS remains relevant and impactful.
- Monitor and take into account evolving regulations and norms to ensure compliance and alignment with industry standards.
- Engage with customers and key stakeholders to gather feedback, analyze usage data, and iterate on the product to continually enhance its value proposition.
- Recommend and implement a gotomarket strategy, ensuring a successful product launch and adoption by our customers.
- Monitor product performance postlaunch, analyze key metrics, and recommend optimization strategies based on datadriven insights. Stay informed about emerging trends and innovations.
Qualifications and Skills:
- University degree at Master's level or equivalent in a relevant field (business engineering, business development, business administration, entrepreneurship).
- Proven successful experience (5 years minimum) as a Product Manager or similar, preferably in an industrial sector or construction, with experience in new technologies, sustainable development, and/or circular economy.
- Familiarity with European regulations related to circular economy and national sustainability policies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both French and English. Knowledge of Luxembourgish and German is an asset.
- Knowledge of any industrial operational environment, particularly in supplychain, would make a difference.
- Business savvy with the ability to analyze and interpret data.
- Usercentric approach to product development and understanding of user experience (UX) principles.
- Strong prioritization and communication skills.
Package:
competitive 12 months base salary, annual performance-based bonus, meal vouchers, 30 days paid vacation, home working flexibilities after trial period.
