Pour notre département _Central Back-Office_** **au sein de **LuxairTours**, nous recherchons un(e):
**_Superviseur Central Back-Office (M/F)_**

**_Missions :_**
- Assurer la préparation des opérations et la planification journalière des ressources nécessaires à l'activité
- Contrôler le respect du planning et enregistrer les changements de personnel selon les procédures en vigueur. En commun accord, selon les besoins de l'opération et les requêtes individuelles procéder aux ajustements du planning à court terme.
- Elaborer et mettre à jour les différents manuels du département Central Back Office Etre l'interlocuteur privilégié pour toutes questions relatives au Central Back Office et assurer le backup de l'ensemble des fonctions de superviseur du Customer Service Center y inclus les décisions commerciales selon les procédures en vigueur
- Mesurer les résultats du département et émettre des recommandations dans le but d'optimiser les prestations du Central Back Office
- Assumer les différentes tâches de l'équipe Central Back Office
- Le cas échéant assister dans la réalisation de projets du Customer Service Center
- Répondre aux exigences de l'Emergency Response Action Plan selon les procédures en vigueur

**_Profil requis:_**

**_Critères mínimaux requis pour le poste _**
- Etre détenteur d'un diplôme de fin d'études secondaires au Luxembourg ou équivalent
- Avoir une expérience confirmée au sein du Customer Service Center
- Etre orientée clients, savoir prendre en considération ses besoins et y répondre de manière commerciale
- Etre à l'aise au téléphone et projeter une image positive et professionnelle
- Maîtriser les outils bureautiques courants
- Maîtriser les programmes et les procédures spécifiques du Central Back Office pour les produits LuxairTours et Luxair Luxembourg Airlines
- Maîtriser le luxembourgeois, l'anglais, le français et l'allemand (parlé & écrit)

- Etre capable de gérer les priorités du département et savoir organiser les opérations en conséquence
- Faire preuve de réactivité et de responsabilité
- Etre précis, organisé, patient et être à l'écoute des différents besoins
- Avoir une bonne gestion du temps et savoir prendre des initiatives
- Etre résistant au stress
