**About the Role**:
In your role as Logistic cost controls and SC Reporting you will report to the Hazelnut Logistics, Planning&Execution Manager to guarantee the continuous monitoring of logistic costs for Ferrero Trading Lux. You will manage the relationship with third party suppliers, support them in streamlining the operations in their shipments and manage central KPI and reporting.

**Main Responsibilities**:
**HCO LOGISTIC COST CONTROL**:

- Ensures the control of HCO logistic costs for FTL;
- For transports verify correctness of pre-invoices and identify/reduce volumes which are now managed by a manual process;
- For extra costs in transports and warehousing:

- Check correctness of claimed extra costs from carriers and 3PL vs agreed conditions and vs operative issues having originated them;
- Identify areas of improvement to minimize extra costs (mainly demurrages) and involve related stakeholders to erase the root causes.

**MANAGEMENT OF INBOUND FLOWS FOR DIRECT FQ PURCHASES**:

- Monitor contracts’ approvals;
- Creating call off for 3rd parties in SAP with the split by destination of the contracts issued by HCO procurement;
- Manage SNC keeping contacts with various 3rd parties' suppliers and ensure that the 3rd party call off is arriving in SNC with the correct set up;
- Approve the in-transit stock acquired by Ferrero from the 3rd parties' suppliers;
- Make sure the “evaluation type” is properly populated in the material batch based on the combination of origin, variety, use and destination.

**OUTBOUND DELIVERIES AND FTL INVOICES for Non-project A countries**:

- Guarantee availability of scheduling agreement at receiving countries in SAP;
- Instruct Gruppo SSC PTP about invoices issues and check their activity;
- Prepare manually the invoices for non-project A countries.

**FOCAL POINT FOR SHIPMENT DOCUMENTATIONs**:

- Monitoring and troubleshooting the shipping documentation issues (i.e. missing documents or wrong documents) notified by receiving countries to central HCo SC team.

**KPI and REPORTING**:

- Run monthly KPI on transport costs with total, delta tariffs, delta volume, delta geo mix;
- Run monthly KPI in extra costs by origin and destination country;
- Prepare report and documents for HCo Consensus Meeting;
- Prepares KPI to monitor logistic related activities upon their availability in BI;
- Support in designing KPIs and report for SC related activities and the key-user for UAT;
- Manage ticket for IT related issues in HCo Supply chain flows.

**Who we are looking for**:
**Profile**:

- Master degree in Economics, Engineering or related field;
- Previous experience in a Multinational company;
- Excellent analytical skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment;
- Excellent communication skill and result-oriented mindset;
- Experience in logistic and transport flow management is considered a plus.

**IT Skills**:

- Proficient user of Microsoft office;
- Knowledge of SAP ECC / BW.

**Languages**:

- Fluency in English;
- Any other language is considered a plus.
