**Description du poste**:
La personne qui occupe le poste de Research and administrative assistant joue un rôle central en fournissant un soutien essentiel aux experts d'Analytics & Change. Ce rôle polyvalent combine la recherche, les tâches administratives et la préparation des documents afin de rationaliser les opérations et de maximiser l'efficacité du travail des experts.
Responsabilités du poste:
- Recherche juridique et réglementaire
- Effectuer des recherches approfondies sur les lois, les règlements et les exigences de conformité en lien avec l'activité.
- Suivi des changements apportés à la législation et identification des impacts potentiels sur les missions.
- Recherche de projet
- Examiner les méthodologies existantes et les meilleures pratiques liées aux projets ou initiatives en cours.
- Résumer et présenter les résultats pour aider les experts à prendre des décisions éclairées.
- Revue de la littérature:
- Passer en revue les recherches, les publications et les études existantes dans le cadre des projets pour nos clients.
- Synthétiser les informations pertinentes et fournir des résumés pour soutenir les experts dans leur travail.
- Documentation et rapports:
- Créer et mettre en forme des rapports, des documents et des présentations, en garantissant l'exactitude et le professionnalisme.
- Rédiger des rapports complets et des présentations PowerPoint détaillées pour communiquer les résultats de la recherche et du projet.
- Analyse de données et maîtrise d'Excel:
- Aider à la collecte et à l'analyse des données, à la création de feuilles de calcul et à l'utilisation d'Excel pour organiser et présenter efficacement les données. La maîtrise d'un outil BI est un atout.
- Générez des graphiques, des diagrammes et des tableaux pour illustrer les points clés.
- Applications bureautiques:
- Utiliser efficacement la suite Microsoft Office, y compris Word, PowerPoint et Excel, pour préparer des documents, des présentations et des rapports.
- Gestion des tâches:
- Aider les experts à hiérarchiser les tâches et les échéances, garantissant ainsi un flux de travail efficace.
- Organisation de l'information:
- Maintenir un système organisé pour stocker et récupérer les documents, les documents de recherche et les rapports pertinents.
L'adjoint(e) à la recherche et à l'administration est un atout précieux pour l'organisation, soutenant les experts en s'occupant de tâches essentielles qui ne nécessitent pas leur expertise spécialisée, leur permettant ainsi de se concentrer sur leurs responsabilités principales et, ultimement, de contribuer au succès global des projets et des initiatives.
**Profil recherché**:
Qualifications:
Bachelor (ou équivalent) dans un domaine lié (affaires, économie, droit, recherche).
Solides compétences en recherche et en analyse, avec une capacité à synthétiser efficacement l'information.
Excellentes compétences en communication écrite et verbale.
Très organisé et capable de gérer de multiples tâches et priorités.
Capacité à travailler de manière autonome et en équipe.
Souci du détail et souci de la précision et de la qualité.
Solides compétences en gestion du temps et en établissement des priorités
Connaissance du tissu économique luxembourgeois
Parfaite maîtrise du français - La connaissance du Luxembourgeois est exigée (à mínima excellente compréhension)
