ICarus It Services est une jeune société, située au Grand-Duché de Luxembourg et spécialisée dans l'informatique de gestion à travers le développement et la commercialisation de solutions informatiques telles que des logiciels de comptabilité et finance (Sage BOB / Horus Office), des solutions de digitalisation (Sage et Securebox), des logiciels de gestion pour fiduciaires (Camele'on) et pour les PME (Mercator et Sage), des solutions Cloud et Cloud Server, et, enfin, pour nos clients spécialisés, des offres sur mesure avec de la programmation unique.

Notre mission est de conseiller nos clients dans leur choix d'outils informatiques en leur proposant un réel accompagnement à partir de l'analyse de leurs besoins, puis, en passant par l'installation, la formation et l'assistance au quotidien de ces solutions. Nos experts, individuellement ou en collaboration, ont la capacité de répondre aux besoins et aux demandes de chacun de nos clients. Afin de renforcer notre équipe support, nous recherchons un _**Customer Care Services**_ qui sera un des points de contact technique de nos clients:

- Prendre en charge l'assistance téléphonique auprès de nos clients et assurer le suivi de leurs problèmes techniques ;
- Être en mesure de supporter et de dépanner en intervenant à distance auprès des clients, puis répertorier et documenter ces interventions ;
- Supporter la mise en place de nouveaux produits et/ou modules auprès des clients ;
- Travailler en collaboration avec nos équipes projets et développement ;
**Profil recherché**
- Vous possédez un diplôme en comptabilité / business analyst et/ou en informatique de gestion ;
- Vous disposez d'excellentes aptitudes informatiques ;
- Vous avez une grande empathie et le contact téléphonique ne vous effraye pas ;
- Vous faites preuve de rigueur et de structure dans votre travail ;
- Vous êtes motivé, dynamique et vous aimez travailler en équipe ;
- Vous avez une bonne résistance au stress dans le suivi des requêtes et vous savez vous adapter au changement ;
**Les atouts supplémentaires**
- Vous maitrisez la solution Sage BOB50, Camele'on, Horus ou un autre logiciel comptable ou de gestion pour fiduciaires ;
- Vous avez des connaissances en anglais ou allemand.
