Our client, a European Institution, is looking for its future Recruitment Officer. This job offer is a temporary contract for 2 months, with a possibility to extend.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Play an active role in employer branding initiatives, such as organizing and participating in job fairs and recruitment events.
  • Adhere to organizational policies, collaborate with team members to maintain proper archiving, and actively contribute to ongoing improvements.
  • Engage in relevant projects, initiatives, and IT developments within the recruitment domain. This includes participation in tenders and working groups as needed.

Your Profile:

  • Preferably holds a degree in HR, Business Administration, Law, or a related field.
  • Possesses a minimum of three (3) years of postgraduation HR experience, ideally in recruitment within the banking or finance sector. Prior international recruitment experience, especially with IFIs, is advantageous.
  • Understanding of employment terms and HR procedures within European Institutions.
  • Highly proficient in MS Office tools, with an excellent command of English. Knowledge of French or other EU languages is a plus.
  • Demonstrates strong interpersonal skills, customer focus, responsibility, initiative, and confidentiality.
  • Clientoriented with a commitment to quality and excellence.
  • Pays high attention to detail, possesses analytical and problemsolving skills.
