**Mission principale**:
Rattaché au Directeur des Ressources Humaines, il/elle a pour mission de gérer efficacement et en collaboration avec l'ensemble des départements, le recrutement, l'intégration et le suivi des collaborateurs.

**Activités principales**:

- Gérer le recrutement de A à Z:

- Analyser les besoins en recrutement avec les responsables des différents services pour comprendre leurs besoins. Déterminer les compétences et qualifications requises pour chaque poste.
- Diffusion des offres d'emploi : rédiger et publier des annonces d'emploi attractives et précises sur divers canaux de recrutement tels que les sites d'emploi, les réseaux sociaux professionnels et en interne.
- Rédaction des offres d'embauche
- Rédiger les contrats de travail et préparer l'intégration
- Piloter le processus d'intégration (Onboarding complet réalisé toutes les 2 semaines auprès des nouveaux arrivants)
- Assurer le suivi de la période d'essai en lien avec les opérationnels
- Assurer la gestion administrative en lien avec le recrutement (déclaration d'entrée, demande d'agrément, encodage des nouveaux arrivants dans les différents logiciels, déclaration de sortie )
- Accompagner les collaborateurs tout au long de leur carrière en tant qu'interlocuteur privilégié
- Tenir à jour les tableaux de bord RH

**Profil**:

- De formation Bac+3 minimum avec une spécialisation en Ressources Humaines, vous justifiez d'une expérience d'au moins 3 ans dans une fonction similaire.
- Langues : français et bonne maîtrise de l'anglais (niveau B2).
- Maîtrise des outils bureautiques usuels (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Autonomie, aisance relationnelle, réactivité, polyvalence, sens des priorités et travail d'équipe
