Key Responsibilities:

  • Your responsibilities will be to ensure the daily controls on the delegated functions of the entities (in particular the delegation of IT activities, NAV calculation process, regular reporting, KPI monitoring and others)
  • Implementation and development of the oversight function
  • Oversight of delegated operational functions through due diligence activities, review of KPI's and operational reports, and ICT
  • Participate in the review, redaction or implementation of processes for existing or new delegation models
  • Ensure that all identified issues have been reported, corrected and corrective solutions implemented
  • Ensure efficient work processes and contribute to various projects;
  • Manage your time and priorities and ensure that deadlines are met without compromising quality
  • Support the company's One Best Way ethos across the team through rigorous process analysis to drive alignment and consistency
  • Contributing towards the business as a whole in identifying process improvements, improvements in policies and procedures and any other service innovation changes that would improve the client experience

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise:

  • Academic degree, preferably in Accounting & Finance, Economics or IT
  • Relevant professional qualification, coupled with a minimum of 4 years of industry experience
  • High level of IT literacy, specifically in MS Office suite is key
  • A comprehensive understanding of the Luxembourg regulatory landscape
  • Superior communication skills with demonstrated ability to work to demanding deadlines
  • Selfdriven, confident and willing to take on responsibility with the ability to keep resilient under pressure
  • Strong client service mentality, with extensive technical skills in the relevant service delivery
  • Indepth knowledge of fiduciary administration operations
  • Excellent collaboration skills through strong stakeholder
  • Proven ability to influence, negotiate and communicate with internal and external customers through verbal and written formats
  • Process driven with proven diagnostic, problem solving and decision making skills
  • Perfect knowledge of English, French and/or German is a bonus
