**Activités / Missions**:
Acteur financier de référence au Luxembourg depuis plus de 100 ans, la Banque de Luxembourg accompagne trois types de clients : les clients privés, les clients entreprises de type familial et les clients professionnels issus des métiers de la gestion d'actifs.
En tant que Marketing Manager:
- Vous êtes en charge de la coordination des activités marketing de marchés ou de cibles particuliers. Vous coordonnez et animez l'offre de produits et services destinés aux client-es de la banque et majoritairement de la Banque Privée.
- Vous pilotez des actions et campagnes Marketing, vous analysez les offres (produits et tarifs) des banques concurrentes et organisez des focus group avec des clients ou des prospects pour mieux comprendre leurs besoins.
- Vous analysez le fonds de commerce de ces marchés et les besoins de ces cibles pour identifier des opportunités d'actions.
- Vous animez les réunions avec les équipes commerciales pour élaborer les plans d'actions intégrant les initiatives d'acquisition et de fidélisation en fonction des opportunités et des objectifs de court et long terme.
- Vous définissez, préparez et coordonnez la mise en place des actions requises.
- Vous coordonnez le lancement des nouveaux produits ou des solutions de placement y afférentes, formalisez les offres et les services requis et développez le discours commercial.
- Vous effectuez le suivi des initiatives en termes de retombées commerciales et ROI.
Pour ce faire:
- Vous êtes à l'écoute permanent des Relationship Managers de la Banque Privée pour identifier les supports et les outils qui leur sont utiles.
- Vous travaillez en étroite collaboration avec les responsables marchés et les responsables d'équipes ; ainsi qu'avec le service Communication.
**Profil**:
- De formation universitaire vous justifiez d'une expérience professionnelle de 10 ans dont au moins 5 ans sur ce type de missions au sein d'une institution bancaire ou d'une société de conseil.
- Ayant une expérience dans la gestion de projet, vous avez un sens aigu de la coordination et vous disposez d'une grande assertivité et agilité.
- Vous vous distinguez par vos capacités d'analyse et votre curiosité professionnelle.
- Doté-e d'excellentes capacités orales et rédactionnelles en français, vous maîtrisez par ailleurs, deux des trois langues suivantes : luxembourgeois, allemand et anglais.
- Force de propositions, vous êtes orienté-e client et reconnu-e par votre entourage pour vos propositions créatives/originales.
- Vous connaissez bien le tissu économique luxembourgeois et de la grande région (clientèle, culture, actualités politiques...).
- Une connaissance des produits et services bancaires est exigée.
