Business Developer (h/f/div.) Industry:

We are looking for a dynamic and ambitious Business Developer Industry for ANG S.à r.l. in Ellange/Luxembourg, who will contribute and drive the growth and expansion of our customer base in the industry.


ANG is a family-owned machining company, founded in 1918, with decades of know-how in the production of turned and milled parts and plasma nitriding for industry in Luxembourg and the Greater Region, as well as for private customers.

ANG is ISO9001 certified and reproduces entire parts according to samples or drawings. Our workshop is equipped with state-of-the-art CNC lathes, CNC machining centres, electric discharge machines and grinding machines.

Often a part also requires heat treatment or plasma nitriding.

We carry out these surface and heat treatments of high added value parts in-house with our equipment that has been developed by ANG.


Your Mission:

Identification of Business Opportunities:

  • Identifying and research of market with a high potential for ANG,
  • Identifying of growth opportunities for the company,
  • Identification, search and contact potential customers,
  • Together with the management, develop a growth strategy for the company,
  • Observe and watch the competition,
  • Anticipate future market tendencies and developments,
  • Drive profitability of the company.

Maintain and Develop the Customer Base:

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with new and long-standing clients,
  • Actively pursue business opportunities,
  • Prepare, submit, and follow up on offers and quotations,
  • Prepare and negotiate contracts and frame agreements with clients,
  • Etc.

Sales Team:

  • Feed the sales team with new sales opportunities to new customers,
  • Supporting of the project and account executives,
  • Assist and coach the account executives,

Education:

  • Degree in a technical field combined with marketing and sales knowledge and/or experience.
  • Ideally in the field of machining.

Knowledge:

  • Markets for industry, aerospace, defence, and others,
  • Machining,
  • Sales and marketing strategies,
  • Strategies to increase the value added,
  • CRM (Customer Relationship Management),
  • ITtools such as Microsoft 365.

Languages:

  • German and French minimum level B2, one of them in C
  • English at least level B2.
