**à temps plein et à durée indéterminée**
La Chambre de Commerce est l'institution phare des entreprises et de l'économie du Luxembourg, regroupant l'ensemble des entreprises luxembourgeoises exerçant des activités industrielles, commerciales, financières, de services et émanant du secteur de l'Horeca.
Elle représente aujourd'hui quelques entreprises, intervenant à raison de 80% dans le PIB luxembourgeois et occupant 75% du total de l'emploi salarié.
La promotion de l'entrepreneuriat et de l'esprit d'entreprise, le soutien au développement et à l'internationalisation des entreprises, le développement de la formation professionnelle initiale et continue ou encore la promotion d'un cadre législatif et réglementaire propice au développement économique constituent quelques missions légales clés de cet établissement public au service des entreprises et de l'économie.
Responsabilités
- promouvoir et développer l'apprentissage au sein des entreprises au Luxembourg en général ;
- développer de façon plus ciblée l'apprentissage transfrontalier en établissant une relation de confiance et de qualité avec les établissements proposant de la formation professionnelle dans la Grande Région ;
- être la personne de référence en matière de modalités et de cadre légal autour de l'apprentissage pour nos ressortissants ;
- être à l'écoute des entreprises souhaitant former des apprentis afin de comprendre leurs attentes et identifier leurs besoins pour ensuite partager ces critères avec les équipes curriculaires en charge des programmes de formation et les différents acteurs de la formation professionnelle ;
- fournir une assistance tout au long des démarches nécessaires à la constitution d'un dossier de demande de droit de former ;
- garantir la qualité des postes d'apprentissage en vérifiant les conditions du droit de former dans les entreprises qui souhaiteraient accueillir des apprentis ;
- représenter l'équipe de la Formation Professionnelle Initiale de la Chambre de Commerce sur les salons et foires professionnelles ;
- être un partenaire fort de l'ADEM dans le processus des déclarations de postes d'apprentissage.
Exigences obligatoires
- avoir une expérience entre 3 et 5 ans dans la relation client ou dans un service client ;
- posséder une orientation client et être capable de développer des relations durables avec les acteurs et institutions impliqués dans la formation ;
- disposer d'excellentes facultés d'expression écrite et orale des langues française, anglaise et allemande ainsi que d'une très bonne compréhension orale de la langue luxembourgeoise ;
- avoir une connaissance de l'environnement du monde de l'éducation et de la formation au Luxembourg ;
- utiliser couramment les outils informatiques MS Office et être à l'aise avec l'utilisation simultanée de plusieurs autres outils digitaux (Sharepoint, Jira,) ;
- savoir travailler en équipe et avoir le sens des responsabilités ;
- posséder de bonnes relations interpersonnelles, faire preuve d'une capacité à fédérer et avoir un sens accru de la diplomatie en cas de conflit ;
- être ouvert au changement et orienté solution ;
- avoir de la rigueur, savoir gérer le temps et les priorités et posséder de fortes capacités de négociation ;
- être détenteur du permis de conduire de la catégorie B.
