Partenaire de référence en matière de formation professionnelle continue, la House of Training accompagne et conseille les entreprises, leurs dirigeants et leurs collaborateurs dans le développement de leurs compétences et connaissances pour ainsi les préparer au mieux aux défis et opportunités de l'avenir.
L'équipe pluridisciplinaire de la House of Training compte aujourd'hui 50 employés.
Afin de renforcer son équipe, la House of Training recrute:
**1 TRAINING ADVISOR (M/F/X)**
**Service Banking&Finance**
**à temps plein et à durée indéterminée**
Vous êtes passionné(e) par le monde de la formation et convaincu(e) que le développement des compétences contribue au développement personnel et professionnel.
Vous intégrez une équipe soudée et dynamique de conseillers en formation, dont la mission principale est de construire, coordonner et promouvoir une offre de formation professionnelle continue adaptée aux besoins actuels et futurs du marché luxembourgeois.
Le service Banking&Finance prend en charge plusieurs domaines de formation, dont Banques, Assurances et Fonds d'Investissement.
**VOS PROCHAINES **MISSIONS**
Sous la direction/supervision du Head of Banking & Finance, vous êtes principalement en charge de:
**1. Développement et conseil commercial**:
- Identifier, comprendre et analyser les besoins et demandes des clients, partenaires et bénéficiaires ;
- Développer le portefeuille clients des domaines Banking & Finance en accord avec la stratégie commerciale de la House of Training et de votre service ;
- Développer les relations avec les clients et partenaires (budgets, contrats, coopérations,) entre autres en participant à des initiatives de réseautage et à des visites sur le terrain.
**2. Développement de programmes de formation**:
- Contribuer activement au développement de programmes de formation en adéquation avec les besoins du secteur financier, de leurs entreprises et des partenaires clé du secteur ;
- Contribuer notamment de manière significative au développement du blended learning ;
- Garantir la qualité de l'ingénierie pédagogique en étudiant, concevant, réalisant, évaluant et adaptant des formations répondant aux besoins des clients, partenaires et bénéficiaires ;
- Organiser la promotion des formations en étroite collaboration avec le service Marketing & Communication ;
- Identifier, gérer, développer et fidéliser un pool de formateurs/experts de qualité ainsi qu'un réseau de partenaires solides.
**3. Gestion opérationnelle**:
- Assurer la gestion administrative et opérationnelle des formations, y compris la planification, la coordination, l'encadrement, le reporting, et la validation de la qualité des supports de cours,;
- Être responsable du bon déroulement des formations, tout en créant une relation de confiance avec les participants ;
- Analyser la satisfaction des participants, et apporter les adaptations nécessaires ;
- Assurer un suivi régulier de la qualité des formations et formateurs et proposer les ajustements nécessaires.
**VOTRE PROFIL**
- Vous disposez d'un diplôme de type Master ;
- Vous avez une expérience professionnelle d'au moins 5 ans dans le secteur bancaire ;
- Vous travaillez dans le domaine de la formation pour le secteur financier ou souhaitez-vous réorienter dans le domaine de la Formation Professionnelle Continue ;
- Vous maitrisez les sujets liés à la digitalisation ;
- Vous êtes orienté(e) client et capable de développer des relations durables avec les acteurs impliqués dans la formation ;
- Vous disposez d'excellentes qualités organisationnelles et de communication ;
- Vous disposez d'excellentes facultés d'expression écrite et orale des langues française et anglaise ;
- La connaissance des langues luxembourgeoise et allemande est un véritable atout.
