In order to support the growth of our Fund Services team, we are currently looking for a:Transfer Agent Officer (M/F)
You will be joining the Funds team composed of 30 dedicated and multicultural teammates.
Responsibilities:
- Actively take part in the creation and maintenance of share/unitholders' register up to date;
- Process the transactions/orders within the set deadlines and in line with the Transfer Agency checklist and procedures: capital call, distribution, subscription, redemption
- Ensure that internal and/or external queries are answered timely, accurately, within the agreed timeframe
- Prepare/review daily/monthly/adhoc client and investor reporting eg; audit requests, bespoke reporting, regulatory reporting
- Perform the first AML/CFT review of each investor with the support of the compliance department
- Followup of the incidents until full completion of corrective & preventive measures;
- Buildup and maintain excellent relationships with clients and investors;
- Participate in and assist with any projects as required;
- Act in respect of the regulatory framework, the internal procedures, guidelines and code of conduct.
If
- You have a diploma in Law / Economics/Business or related field;
- An initial experience in a similar position in Luxembourg is considered as an advantage;
- You have a deep interest in the financial markets and fund industry generally;
- You wish to deepen your knowledge in AML/CFT
- You have strong analytical, organizational and time management skills with the ability to meet and manage strict deadlines;
- You have excellent customer service mindset;
- You communicate easily and can work autonomously as well as part of a team;
- You have a good knowledge in MS packages as well as a strong Excel expertise
- You are fluent in English and French. Any other language is an asset
