**Risk Investment and Monitoring Controls officer (H/F)**

**Votre mission**

Les professionnels de la conformité des Fonds s'assurent que le fonds et/ou sa société de gestion et/ou son gérant agissent en conformité avec la loi et les documents constitutifs du fonds. Ils s'assurent que le plan de contrôle qu'ils appliquent tient compte i) des évolutions de la réglementation applicable et des pratiques de marché, ii) des spécificités produits (instruments financiers et nouvelles techniques) et des set-up des fonds, iii) des modifications dans les documents constitutifs du fonds. Dans leur fonction, ils gèrent également les relations avec les clients (i.e. fonds, Manco, gérant), les délégués du fond (i.e. FA, TA, collateral manager), les auditeurs et régulateurs.

**Principales responsabilités**:
**1.** **Contrôle de restrictions et politiques d'investissement**
- Contrôler quotidiennement le respect des limites des ratios légaux (incl. lois et prospectus) et contractuels.
- Identifier les dépassements, assurer leur remontée aux gestionnaires des fonds concernés conformément à la procédure d'escalade et assurer le suivi de leur correction dans les délais définis.
- Maintenir et faire évoluer un plan de contrôle selon les différents types de fonds d'investissement.

**2.** **Veille réglementaire**
- Se tenir informé des évolutions réglementaires et de leur impact sur l'activité.
- Assurer une veille sur les nouveaux instruments financiers et sur les techniques relatives.

**3.** **Relations internes et externes**
- Traiter et suivre les demandes internes et externes en relation avec les restrictions et politiques d'investissement.
- Assurer la communication externe (reporting et escalade réglementaire) avec les sociétés de gestion, les gestionnaires, les auditeurs et la CSSF.
- Assurer la communication vers les comités internes (conformité des processus et fonds avec la réglementation).

**Apport du poste**:
L'activité consistera principalement à contrôler le respect des limites d'investissements (réglementaires et contractuelles) applicables aux fonds Luxembourgeois gérés par BNPP AM Luxembourg. De ce fait, le titulaire du poste sera amené à utiliser les systèmes de contrôles automatisés en place, à suivre la résolution des alertes avec les équipes de gestion concernées (équipes localisées en Asie, Europe et USA), à participer activement à la vie des fonds et répondre aux demandes des auditeurs, régulateurs et/ou clients.

**Environnement de travail**:
Le titulaire du poste rejoindra l'équipe **RISK Investment Monitoring and Controls** (RIMC) basée à Luxembourg et travaillera au sein de la fonction « Asset Management / Risk Management ».

**Etudes**:
Licence en finance, mathématiques, économie.
