**But de la fonction**:
Il est en charge en interne et auprès de la clientèle de l'installation, de la configuration, du dépannage du matériel, de la réalisation de services et de conseils dans une gamme de produits/solutions/services spécifiques au secteur d'activité.

**Domaines de résultats et activités**:

- Support technique interne et auprès des clients
- Installer et configurer le matériel réseau
- Faire le suivi et la maintenance des installations hardware/software
- Contribuer à la réalisation des projets
- Faire remonter les constats techniques, le cas échéant au fournisseur, en accord avec ses collègues
- Assurer le support
- Rédiger des rapports techniques
- Participation au bon fonctionnement et au développement des activités du Groupe
- Respecter les objectifs fixés en termes de délai et de qualité
- Assurer une veille technologique globale sur les produits/services/solutions de son service et se former afin de disposer des compétences techniques nécessaires à la fonction
Participer à des présentations/formations/projets business au Luxembourg

**Profile**:
**Niveau d'étude/formation et expérience(s) souhaités pour accéderà la fonction**:

- Education / formation (ou niveau équivalent): Bac +3
- Expérience(s) requise(s) : Expérience souhaitée d'au moins 1 ou 2 ans
- Connaissances / Compétences techniques
- Connaissances,maîtrise d'outils, et capacités nécessaires à l'exercice de la fonction
