Responsibilities:
Tasks and responsibilities:
- To be the Contact Person for both Asset Managers and investors for TA Registration queries
- To collect investors' documentations and perform KYC/AML reviews
- To process investor account openings in Efront or similar systems
- To prepare memos for the SGSS risk committee
- To conduct periodic remediation exercises
- To participate in the onboarding and fund launch process
- To maintain procedures uptodate
- To work closely with the Compliance Officer on new legislation, regulation and complex investor cases***
Profile required:Operational skills - Advanced level of French, English and German
- Good knowledge of Alternative Investment funds
- Good transversal knowledge of Transfer Agency activities
- Knowledge of the MultiFonds TA system or FIA
- Strong compliance or TA registration background
- Good knowledge of the Luxembourgish laws and regulation on AML/KYC rules in particular on complex account opening for medium and high risk investor profiles
- Knowledge of fund distribution business and AIFs will be considered an asset
- 5 years experience on AML/KYC department (Transfer agent or compliance department)
- Act with a client orientation behavior, manage operational aspects, legal obligations and client expectations
- Strong organizational skills and quality focused
- Strong time management and communication skills
- Blevel role
