Notre client, cabinet d'avocats international basé au Luxembourg est l'un des principaux acteurs du marché luxembourgeois des services juridiques. Le cabinet recherche actuellement un(e) :


Business Development Manager H/F, en CDI 40H.


Missions :


  • Développer et mettre en œuvre les plans et budgets de développement commercial au Luxembourg pour les lignes de services concernées
  • Planification de réunions régulières avec chaque équipe
  • Développer des stratégies de ciblage et des listes de cibles efficaces
  • Coordonner les voyages au Luxembourg et d'autres activités de développement de la clientèle en collaboration avec l'équipe de développement de la clientèle à Londres, New York et Hong Kong
  • Construire son propre réseau de pairs BD au sein des clients cibles et des intermédiaires
  • Identifier activement et établir des relations avec les associations, les membres et les réseaux clés du secteur afin d'améliorer le profil et le développement de relations juridiques clés pour chaque ligne de service.
  • Soumissions aux annuaires Chambers, Legal 500 et ILFR, y compris l'examen et le suivi des résultats.
  • Présentations clients avec les associés

Profil recherché :

  • Vous êtes titulaire d'un diplôme et/ou d'une qualification pertinente et avez une expérience préalable dans un poste axé sur le développement des affaires.
  • Expérience dans l'élaboration et la mise en œuvre d'initiatives de BD dans le secteur des services professionnels.
  • Solides compétences analytiques 
  • Solides compétences en matière de communication en anglais et en français (orale et écrite)
