Vos missions
  • Collaborer étroitement avec les responsables d’équipe et les HR Business Partners DEEP pour avoir une parfaite compréhension des enjeux busines et identifier / anticiper les besoins en recrutement
  • Prendre en charge l'ensemble du processus de recrutement de bout en bout, incluant l'identification, la qualification, la sélection et l'évaluation des candidats ; synchroniser leur parcours jusqu’à l’intégration
  • Identifier proactivement les candidats passifs via des techniques de type « headhunting » (LinkedIn notamment) pour approcher des talents rares
  • Coordonner et participer aux entretiens avec les managers pour assurer une évaluation complète et précise des candidats
  • Garantir une expérience candidat positive, veiller à la motricité du processus de recrutement et en assurer le suivi administratif
  • Entretenir en permanence une proximité forte avec le business et se tenir informé.e de l’évolution du marché
  • Contribuer à l'amélioration continue des processus et outils de recrutement, et développer un réseau de partenaires incluant les cabinets de recrutement, sociétés de consultance et écoles / universités
Votre profil
  • Détenir un diplôme en ressources humaines (idéalement BAC+5) ou dans un domaine connexe
  • Justifier d’une expérience significative en recrutement d’au moins 5 ans, de préférence dans le domaine informatique
  • Maitriser parfaitement le français et l’anglais, à l’oral comme à l’écrit. La maitrise de toute autre langue est considérée comme un atout
  • Organiser efficacement ses priorités ; être autonome et réactif
  • Favoriser une collaboration fluide grâce à d'excellentes compétences relationnelles
  • Faire preuve de rigueur, dynamisme, d’enthousiasme et d’esprit de collaboration
