Une clientèle spécialisée en Immobilier, fonds, constructeurs et promoteurs
Description du poste :
En tant qu’Account Manager, vous serez amené(e) à :
- Gérer un portefeuille clients, en étroite collaboration avec les commerciaux de la banque, de l’ouverture d’un compte à sa clôture
- Identifier les opportunités commerciales
- Réceptionner les demandes des clients et coordonner la réalisation de celles-ci avec les autres départements de la banque tels que le Middle Office, les services de payements et titres, le service juridique et la conformité, … pour notamment la mise en place d’outils électroniques pour les transactions, les garanties bancaires, les comptes dépôts, …. Suivre les transactions des clients et documenter celles-ci pour les constitutions de sociétés, les acquisitions, les augmentations de capital et les divers closings
- Gérer la partie administrative des demandes et des réclamations des clients, tel que l’émission des extraits bancaires, des RIB, des certificats de blocage
- Maintenir à jour les données des clients, comme leurs pouvoirs de signatures, leurs adresses, leurs représentants légaux, les statuts FATCA/ CRS, …
- Développer vos compétences en banque dépositaire, cash-pools, nantissements, confirmations d’audit, …
Votre profil :
Vous êtes flexible, proactif(ve) et capable d’effectuer différentes missions avec des échéances courtes
Vous avez des capacités d’organisation et de gestion administrative
Vous avez des aptitudes commerciales et une aisance relationnelle pour servir le client et travailler en équipe
Vous maîtrisez les outils de Microsoft Office
Vous avez un intérêt pour le secteur bancaire/ financier
Etudes et expérience professionnelle :
Niveau d’étude minimum : Bac +2/3
Une première expérience dans le secteur bancaire ou la relation client sera considérée comme un atout
Langues :
Une aisance orale et écrite en français et en anglais est requise
