Mission description:

• Provide cross-functional expertise regarding industrial infrastructure, OT/IT networks, Building Management Systems (BMS/GTB/GTC), machine connectivity, and IoT systems.

• Ensure the consistency, security, and efficiency of solutions deployed as part of the "New Factories" program.

Detailed scope of services:

1. Design and Architecture

o Participate in defining IT/OT requirements tailored to production needs (MES, MCS, PLCs, IoT, etc.).

o Inventory industrial equipment to be integrated into network architectures in order to manage data flows and cybersecurity.

o Produce or update technical documentation: inventory files, wiring diagrams, and network schematics (logical and physical).

o Incorporate industrial cybersecurity considerations and aerospace/defense sector standards.

o Analyze and synthesize electrical schematics and industrial/IT network diagrams.

2. Technical Coordination and Support

o Participate in meetings with suppliers and industrial partners.

o Challenge suppliers' technical and interconnection proposals.

o Provide technical validation for solutions implemented by project teams.

o Define performance testing plans (e.g., network load, OT/IT resilience). 3. Standardization

o Contribute to the development and deployment of Core Models (reference architectures, industrial equipment configuration templates, security standards).

o Leverage best practices and lessons learned to enrich reference frameworks.

4. Operational support

o Provide technical support to deployment teams regarding the application of defined standards and guidelines.

Expected deliverables (non-exhaustive list):

• IIoT technical scoping document (requirements, proposed solutions)

• Target industrial network architecture (logical and physical diagrams)

• Connectivity Core Models (standard configuration templates – gateways, industrial firewalls, etc.)

• Secure OT/IT data flow matrix

• OT/IT performance and resilience test plan

• Knowledge capitalization documentation (lessons learned and potential standard evolutions)
