AI Business Analyst / Change Manager

12 month extendable contract

Daily rate - €550 per day

Hybrid working schedule


Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced AI Business Analyst / Change Manager to support the identification, assessment, and implementation of Artificial Intelligence use cases across business domains. The successful candidate will act as the primary interface between Business AI Champions and the AI IT team, ensuring that business opportunities are translated into realistic, valuable, and technically feasible AI initiatives.

The role combines business analysis, change management, stakeholder engagement, and a solid understanding of AI technologies to accelerate AI adoption while ensuring alignment with business objectives and enterprise architecture.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate closely with Business AI Champions to identify, capture, and prioritize AI opportunities.
  • Facilitate workshops to understand business challenges and translate them into clear AI use cases.
  • Assess business value, feasibility, risks, dependencies, and expected benefits of proposed AI initiatives.
  • Bridge the gap between business expectations and technological capabilities by working closely with AI architects, data scientists, and IT delivery teams.
  • Produce business requirements, use case descriptions, process analyses, functional specifications, and business cases.
  • Support organizational change activities related to AI initiatives, including communication, training, and adoption planning.
  • Ensure alignment with AI governance, security, compliance, and data management principles.


  • Required Skills & Experience:
  • Minimum 6 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Change Manager, or similar role.
  • Strong requirements elicitation, process modelling, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Good understanding of Artificial Intelligence concepts, including Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), AI Assistants and Copilots, Prompt Engineering and AI Governance.
  • Ability to evaluate AI opportunities and understand both their business value and technical constraints.
  • Experience supporting organisational transformation and technology adoption.
  • Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.


Language Requirement:

  • Excellent spoken and written English (mandatory)


  • Nice to Have:Experience delivering AI initiatives within a financial institution.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Copilot, Azure AI, OpenAI services, or similar enterprise AI platforms.
  • Knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe).

  • Ability to influence stakeholders across business and IT.
  • Comfortable working in multidisciplinary and international environments.
  • Proactive, autonomous, and results-oriented.
  • Ability to facilitate workshops, prepare professional documentation, and communicate effectively with international stakeholders.
