Senior Business Analyst - Reference Data Management

Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Business Analyst to support the evolution, governance, and consumption of enterprise Reference Data across multiple business domains and information systems.
The successful candidate will act as the interface between business stakeholders and IT teams to ensure that reference data is consistently defined, modelled, maintained, and consumed across the organization's application landscape.
The ideal candidate combines strong business analysis capabilities with a solid understanding of reference data management, logical data modelling, and enterprise information management. Experience in the financial sector is highly desirable.
Key Responsibilities:
- Elicit, analyse, and document business and functional requirements related to enterprise Reference Data.
- Work with business stakeholders to define, maintain, and harmonise enterprise Reference Data.
- Lead workshops involving business representatives, data owners, architects, and application teams.
- Contribute to the design and evolution of logical data models supporting enterprise Reference Data.
- Collaborate closely with solution architects, developers, integration teams, and application owners.
- Perform data analysis and validation using SQL.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Minimum 7 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
- Proven experience working with enterprise Reference Data or Master Data.
- Strong understanding of Business Analysis methodologies and the software delivery lifecycle.
- Experience facilitating workshops involving both business and technical stakeholders.
- Good understanding of Reference Data Management and Data Governance principles.
- Hands-on experience with SQL for data querying, analysis, and validation.

- Excellent facilitation and stakeholder management skills.
