- Consultant: Leah Cridlan ## Business Analyst We are looking for an intermediate Business Analyst with hands-on experience in ION Delivery & Confirmation (D&C) to support a financial systems integration project. Start date: 14 September 2026 End date: 31 December 2026

Key responsibilities
- Gather and translate business requirements into functional specifications and D&C configuration requirements.
- Support the integration of eFront with ION D&C for cash-out payment flows.
- Configure or support D&C business rules, routing, message flows, transformations and validation logic.
- Support SWIFT MT and ISO 20022 MX message configuration and mapping.
- Assess system impacts, dependencies, risks and interface requirements.
- Prepare test cases and support functional, integration, regression and user acceptance testing.
- Investigate defects and coordinate resolution with business, IT and vendor teams.
- Maintain functional documentation, process flows and knowledge-transfer materials.
- Support deployment preparation and post-implementation checks. ### Required experience
- Hands-on experience with ION Delivery & Confirmation configuration.
- Strong business and functional analysis skills within financial services.
- Knowledge of SWIFT MT and ISO 20022 MX messaging.
- Experience with system integrations, message flows and validation rules.
- Experience supporting testing, UAT and defect management.
- Knowledge of eFront or cash payment processes would be advantageous.
- Strong stakeholder coordination and documentation skills.
