- Act as trusted advisor to managers on people-related matters.
- Support workforce planning and organizational design initiatives.
- Provide guidance on performance management and employee development.
- Support change management initiatives and business transformation projects.
- Coordinate employment contract management and amendments.
- Monitor legislative developments impacting employees and HR practices.
- Ensure alignment with Luxembourg labour law requirements.
- Support HR regulatory reporting requirements.
- Partner with hiring managers to identify recruitment needs.
- Support recruitment and selection activities.
- Coordinate onboarding and integration processes.
- Promote employer branding initiatives.
- Support career development and succession planning initiatives.
- Ensure local implementation of remuneration frameworks.
- Provide guidance on employee benefits and reward programs.
- Promote company culture, wellbeing and employee experience programs. Qualifications as Human Resources Business Partner :
- Minimum a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law or related discipline.
- From 4 years of HR Generalist or HR Business Partner experience in Luxembourg.
- Experience in Finance, Banking or a regulated environment.
- Used to deal with senior business stakeholders.
