Your
Responsibilities:
As an HR Officer, you will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day HR operations and ensuring an excellent employee experience throughout the employee lifecycle. Your main responsibilities will include:
- Managing the full employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding.
- Preparing employment contracts, amendments, certificates, and HR-related documentation.
- Coordinating payroll preparation with external providers and ensuring data accuracy.
- Administering employee benefits and leave management.
- Supporting recruitment activities and coordinating interviews when required.
- Acting as the first point of contact for employees regarding HR policies and procedures.
- Ensuring compliance with Luxembourg labour law and internal policies.
- Maintaining HR records and producing HR reports and statistics.
- Participating in HR projects and process improvement initiatives.
Your Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law, or a related field.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in a similar HR Officer or HR Generalist position, ideally within the banking, financial services, or regulated environment.
- Solid knowledge of Luxembourg labour law and HR administration.
- Experience working with payroll processes and HR information systems.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to manage confidential information with discretion.
- Fluent in English ; French is required. What Our Client Offers:
