In a context of strong growth, we are looking for a Consultant – Business Analyst (m/f) ready to take part in ERP implementation projects and support our clients in their digital transformation journey. You do not need to arrive as an Odoo expert. We are looking first and foremost for curious, analytical minds who enjoy understanding how a business works, challenging the status quo and turning business needs into practical solutions. We will help you build strong functional expertise on Odoo along the way. BY THE WAY, WHAT DOES A BUSINESS ANALYST DO @ RESULTANCE? You play a central role between business needs and ERP solutions. You learn how our clients operate, help them rethink their processes and translate their challenges into concrete Odoo solutions.
- ANALYZE: Understand client business processes, identify pain points and spot improvement opportunities.
- CHALLENGE: Ask the right questions, structure problems and help clients clarify what they really need.
- COLLABORATE: Work with clients, consultants and developers to gather and align functional requirements.
- DESIGN: Translate business needs into practical ERP solutions using the most relevant Odoo modules.
- DOCUMENT: Prepare clear functional specifications, process flows and user stories to guide implementation.
- TEST: Validate solutions through functional testing and make sure they work as expected in real-life use cases.
- SUPPORT: Assist clients during implementation and help solve functional issues along the way.
- TRAIN: Help end-users understand and adopt the solution through training and hands-on support.
- IMPROVE: Contribute to continuous process improvement and gradually develop deeper Odoo functional expertise.
- GROW: Learn from experienced consultants and progressively take ownership of your own workstreams and client interactions. OK, AND HOW CAN YOU GET THERE?
- Master’s degree in Engineering, Business, Economics, Management, Supply Chain, Finance, or an equivalent field.
- 0 to 2–3 years of professional experience in consulting, business analysis, process improvement, ERP, operations, finance, supply chain or another business-oriented environment.
- Strong interest in understanding business processes and how technology can improve the way organizations work.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to structure information clearly.
- Comfortable working with data, processes and business requirements.
- Strong communication skills in French and English.
- Ability to work with both business and technical stakeholders.
- First exposure to ERP systems, Odoo, process mapping, functional analysis or project environments is a plus — not a must.
