Senior Business Analyst

In a context of strong growth, we are looking for a Senior Consultant – Business Analyst (m/f) who are curious about how companies really work, enjoys understanding business processes and wants to turn business needs into concrete solutions. You do not need to be an Odoo expert from day one: we are looking for strong Business Analysis potential and will give you the opportunity to build deep functional expertise on Odoo alongside experienced consultants and technical teams. What will you do? Analyze clients’ business processes and identify pain points, inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement. Meet with business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into clear functional requirements. Challenge existing ways of working and help clients simplify and improve their processes before translating them into an ERP solution. Design functional solutions using the most appropriate Odoo modules and functionalities. Work closely with developers and functional consultants to translate business requirements into concrete system solutions. Write clear functional specifications, user stories and supporting documentation to guide implementation. Configure and progressively master Odoo from a functional perspective, with support and coaching from experienced colleagues. Test delivered functionalities, validate business scenarios and ensure that solutions meet client expectations. Support clients throughout implementation, from workshops and design through go-live and stabilization. Train end users and help teams adopt new tools and ways of working. Stay up to date with Odoo developments and identify continuous improvement opportunities for our clients. What are we looking for? You hold a Master’s degree in Engineering, Business, Economics, Management or a related field. You have around 2 to 4 years of experience in Business Analysis, process improvement, ERP implementation, consulting or a similar role. You are genuinely interested in understanding how businesses operate and how processes can be improved through technology. You are comfortable structuring complex information, asking the right questions and translating business needs into practical solutions. You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a pragmatic and result-oriented mindset. You communicate clearly with both business and technical stakeholders. You are fluent in French and English. You are autonomous, structured and comfortable working across several topics or projects. Experience with ERP systems or Odoo is a strong asset, but it is not a prerequisite if you are motivated to develop this expertise. Why join us?
