Group Tax Senior Manager
Reporting to the Group Chief Financial Officer (CFO)
The purpose of this role is to oversee the Group's tax activities and ensure that all subsidiaries operate in compliance with the Group Tax and Transfer Pricing policies defined by the CFO.
Your main responsibilities will include:
Manage the Group's Taxation :
Deploy the Transfer Pricing Policy defined by the Group CFO,
Coordinate compilation of files supporting the constituent elements of the Group's fiscal policy,
Ensure consistent management of international taxation (including: withholding tax, VAT) in accordance with legislation and Group standards,
Ensure intragroup discussions are compliant with OECD standards in terms of international flows,
Oversee standard taxation in France,
Support the sites during tax inspections, customs controls, and financial audits,
Monitor developments on tax requirements changes,
Ensure compliance with tax regulations,
Assist the Group Accounting Manager in the efficient use of fiscal measures,
Assist the Group Accounting Manager in checking the tax implications of intragroup operations and the choices that may follow,
Monitor that taxes, customs duties, deferred taxes and related expenses are correctly taken into account in subsidiaries' reports and financial statements and in terms of consolidation,
Manage their activity : Based on the objectives of their activity :
- Prepare appropriate action plans,
- Monitor performance indicators for their activity, implement corrective actions if necessary,
- Report on their activity. Additional duties : Participate in internal monitoring audits on fiscal and financial procedures, Participate in drawing up finance procedures, preparing certain finance books / manuals. Responsibilities in terms of QSEP: Ensure that processes, work instruction sheets and related appendices are correctly understood and properly implemented. Make sure that instructions regarding safety and environmental protection are followed by staff. Integrate prevention systems for health/safety and environmental protection into his/her missions Profile Master's degree in Tax, Finance, Accounting or equivalent. Minimum 8 years of experience in corporate taxation, including transfer pricing and tax compliance. Strong expertise in transfer pricing and tax compliance. Solid knowledge of accounting and financial reporting. Fluent in English. Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work effectively with senior leadership and finance stakeholders.
