Permanent, Hybrid, 3 days per week in the office Hours: Full-time, 40h/week The salary range for this specific role will be € 60.000 – € 70.000 gross per year. The final salary will be determined based on relevant skills, experience, and role scope, in line with our objective and gender-neutral compensation framework. As a Senior Client Legal Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting the success of our business and contributing to the growth of our dynamic Fund Services team. This position offers the opportunity to work alongside highly experienced professionals and collaborate with some of the industry's leading fund experts. In this role, you will be responsible for managing a broad range of legal, corporate and administrative matters for an international portfolio of fund clients operating across the alternative investment sector, including Private Equity, Real Estate, Venture Capital, Private Debt and Infrastructure funds. You will contribute to the efficient governance and administration of complex fund structures while building strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders in a fast-paced, international environment. Some of the things you’ll be doing Manage a diverse portfolio of international corporate and private capital structures, acting as a trusted partner to clients throughout the full entity lifecycle. Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing proactive guidance and delivering exceptional service in a dynamic international environment. Take ownership of complex corporate governance matters, ensuring entities remain compliant with Luxembourg legal, regulatory, and statutory requirements. Act as the primary point of contact for clients, legal counsels, tax advisors, auditors, banks, notaries, and regulatory authorities. Coordinate and oversee a wide range of corporate transactions, including incorporations, restructurings, capital changes, mergers, liquidations, and bank account openings. Review, prepare, and manage corporate documentation, board and shareholder resolutions, powers of attorney, and statutory filings. Identify practical and value-added solutions for clients by navigating complex corporate, legal, and regulatory frameworks. Support and mentor junior team members, sharing expertise and contributing to a collaborative and high-performing team culture. Play an active role in business development initiatives by identifying opportunities to strengthen existing relationships and expand service offerings. Contribute to maintaining CSC's reputation as a trusted partner for international investors, multinational groups, private equity houses, and asset managers operating in Luxembourg. What technical skills, experience, and qualifications do you need? Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, or a related field. 3-4 years of relevant experience in Luxembourg, ideally within a corporate service provider, fiduciary, bank, law firm, or financial services institution. Good understanding of Luxembourg corporate governance and corporate administration. Fluent in English; additional languages such as French or German are an asset. Ability to manage client relationships independently and take ownership of a portfolio. Strong organisational, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of working effectively in a fast-paced environment. Experience mentoring or supporting junior team members is considered an advantage.
