- Support the onboarding and setup of new client entities, including company incorporations and registrations.
- Prepare and maintain legal and corporate documents, service agreements, resolutions, minutes, powers of attorney, share transfers, and related documentation.
- Coordinate corporate changes such as director appointments/resignations, domicile changes, and bank account openings.
- Manage legal files and ensure accurate maintenance of client records and databases.
- Liaise with clients, intermediaries, banks, notaries, legal counsel, regulators, and other third parties.
- Assist with corporate governance and company secretarial matters on a day-to-day basis.
- Ensure compliance with applicable AML, regulatory, and internal TMF procedures.
- Support client administration, billing instructions, cash collection activities, and other ad hoc legal and administrative tasks.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and intermediaries to support service delivery and business development.
- Maintain accurate time records to support chargeability and invoicing
- Bachelor’s degree, LL.M or a lawyer's qualification in Corporate Law
- 2-4 years of relevant working experience in Luxembourg (Trust, Law firm, Service Provider)
- Fluent communication, both written and spoken in Mandarin and English
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Sound organizational skills
- A team player who can work independently as well
