- Distribution Officer, you will support the oversight and coordination of distribution activities for the Luxembourg fund range. Working with experienced colleagues and relevant control functions, you will contribute to distributor monitoring, regulatory coordination, reporting and client service, while developing your knowledge of cross-border fund distribution.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Support ongoing oversight of distributors, distribution platforms and the Luxembourg distribution network
• Collect, consolidate and analyse distribution KPIs and prepare periodic reporting
• Contribute to quarterly distribution risk assessments for each relevant fund compartment
• Assist with client queries and coordinate follow-up on distribution-related matters
• Liaise with distributors and platforms regarding contractual documentation and requests relating to distribution fees
• Proceed with cross-border fund registration and notification processes
• Review shareholder register data periodically
• Review and coordinate fund marketing materials
• Monitor regulatory developments in relevant distribution jurisdictions and summarise potential implications
• Maintain clear records of oversight activities, issues, actions and supporting documentation
• Calculate rebates and monitor distribution-invoicing KEY REQUIREMENTS / QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Law or a related field
• 1-2 years of experience in fund distribution, asset management, financial services, fund administration or compliance is an advantage
• Interest in Luxembourg investment funds, UCITS/AIFs and cross-border distribution
• Strong analytical skills, accuracy, organisation and attention to detail
• Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
• Clear communication skills and confidence working with internal teams and external counterparties
• Proactive, collaborative mindset and willingness to learn progressively under supervision
• Fluent English; French or another language is an asset.
