JOB DESCRIPTION
As a Fund of Funds Associate Client Director in Luxembourg, you will be the key senior point of contact for a dedicated portfolio of Fund of Funds clients in Europe, including some of our most strategic relationships, in one of the fastest-growing segments of the Private Markets. You will lead a high-performing fund administration and corporate services team, ensuring excellence in day-to-day delivery while driving the successful execution of new mandates, projects and product implementations. You will combine deep technical expertise with strong leadership and client relationship skills to ensure both client satisfaction and team development. Specific Responsibilities include:
• Client Leadership & Relationship Management: Act as the primary senior point of contact for your Fund of Funds client portfolio. Build strong, credible relationships with senior client stakeholders, anticipating needs, identifying risks proactively, and delivering tailored solutions. Ensure full accountability over client invoicing and financial monitoring of the portfolio. Work closely with internal partners across Sales, Relationship Management, Product, Technology, and Onboarding to deliver for clients.
• Fund Administration & Corporate Services Oversight: Lead and coordinate Business as Usual (BAU) delivery across the team, ensuring the timely and accurate production of NAVs, investor reporting, capital call and distribution processing, and all associated fund administration and corporate services deliverables for Fund of Funds vehicles and their investors.
• Secondaries & Liquidity Solutions: Support clients investing in and structuring Secondaries and other liquidity solutions, such as GP-led and LP-led transactions and continuation vehicles. Work with client, legal and service provider teams to ensure these structures are administered accurately and on time.
• Project & Product Delivery: Coordinate and drive the onboarding of new clients and funds and the delivery of additional client projects and new product/service implementations alongside BAU activities, ensuring effective prioritisation and resource management
• Team Leadership & Development: Lead, coach and develop a team of fund administration and corporate services professionals. Foster a culture of high performance, continuous improvement and accountability. Identify talent and support individual career development.
• Technical Governance & Risk: Oversee the validation of all work delivered by the team and ensure compliance with applicable Luxembourg regulatory requirements (including CSSF requirements) and internal risk standards. Contribute to the design and improvement of systems and processes to meet evolving client needs, leveraging fund administration IT platforms and automation.
• Stakeholder Management: Manage relationships with third-party service providers including auditors, law firms, depositaries, custodians, and underlying fund managers and administrators.
• Business Development: Partner with sales and senior leadership to support new business opportunities, client pitches and the growth of our Fund of Funds and Secondaries offering.
YOUR PROFILE
• 10+ years of relevant experience in Fund Administration and corporate services, with a strong focus on Fund of Funds investors.
• Deep expertise in Luxembourg fund structures (such as SCSp, SCA, RAIF, SICAV-SIF and Part II funds), including NAV calculation, investor reporting and applicable regulatory requirements.
• Experience with Secondaries and other liquidity solutions structures is preferred.
• Strong client-facing skills, with the credibility to engage confidently with senior client stakeholders and represent the firm at a senior level.
• Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with strategic clients and to act as a trusted adviser.
• Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage, motivate and develop a multi-level team.
• Proven ability to manage competing priorities — balancing BAU delivery with the execution of strategic projects and new product rollouts.
• Excellent organisational, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ideally a qualified Accountant or holder of a relevant professional qualification (e.g. ACCA, ACA, CPA or equivalent).
• Fluency in English is required; additional European languages (e.g. French, German) are an advantage.
