• Analyse business, functional, and technical requirements.
• Analyse stakeholders, organizational structures, business processes, and data flows.
• Perform information systems architecture modelling and functional design.
• Prepare system documentation, including user guides, metadata documentation, XML schemas, and process specifications.
• Participate in business, functional, and technical workshops and meetings.
• Act as an interface between business stakeholders and project teams.
• Analyse and document structured document workflows and lifecycles, particularly XML-based documents in multilingual legislative environments.
• Manage metadata and automated document routing/transformation workflows.
• Perform Business Process Analysis (BPA), BPM modelling, and business process reengineering activities.
• Produce business analysis deliverables, business process documentation, and business architecture artefacts.
• Define and design functional mock-ups, wireframes, and user interface prototypes.
• Perform UX/UI design and web ergonomics activities.
• Administer business analysis tools, repositories, and documentation. SENIORITY
REQUIREMENTS:
To qualify for this position, the consultant must have:
• Master’s degree.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant professional experience.
REQUIREMENTS:
Required Certifications :
• Training certificates demonstrating a minimum of 16 hours of training completed within the last 12 months. Any training is accepted. Knowledge &
Skills:
• Strong expertise in XML technologies and structured document workflows.
• Proven expertise in information systems architecture, business analysis, and functional analysis.
• Experience in software development, deployment, and hosting activities.
• Strong knowledge of software development methodologies and modelling frameworks, including Agile/Scrum, BPM/BPMN, UML, Design Patterns, and Use Cases.
• Proven experience with XML, structured document formats, document workflows, and related tools.
• Experience with Content Management Systems (CMS).
• Experience in web ergonomics and user experience (UX).
• Experience in creating style guides, pattern libraries, and design systems.
• Ability to develop prototypes using HTML, XHTML, JavaScript, and CSS.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work autonomously while collaborating effectively with development teams. () IMPORTANT :
• Open to candidates able to work near-site in Luxembourg, with regular on-site presence 2 days per week.
• Minimum level B2 in English.
