Experience gathering, analysing and documenting business requirements (BRDs).

Strong stakeholder management and requirements validation skills.

Experience preparing Business Cases, Project Charters and project documentation.

Ability to assess upstream/downstream system impacts and dependencies.

Experience collaborating with IT teams to ensure successful implementation.

Experience organising steering committees and supporting project governance.

Hands-on experience with UAT, test case preparation and regression testing.

Knowledge of Data Governance, Data Warehousing (DWH) and reporting.

Experience creating user documentation and delivering application training.

Strong communication, coordination and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Minimum 7 years of experience in Business Analysis.
Experience working on at least 3 Business Analysis projects.
English proficiency: B2/C1 level.
Education: Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Alternatively, candidates without a relevant Bachelor’s or Master’s degree may qualify with at least 7 years of equivalent professional experience.
