Senior SAP S/4HANA Delivery Manager We are seeking an experienced Senior SAP S/4HANA Delivery Manager to join a major SAP transformation and support programme within an international organisation based in Luxembourg. In this strategic leadership role, you will oversee the successful delivery of SAP S/4HANA initiatives, ensuring projects are executed on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives. You will act as the key interface between business stakeholders, project teams, SAP experts, and external partners while driving governance, quality, and delivery excellence across the SAP landscape. Responsibilities:
• Lead the end-to-end delivery of SAP S/4HANA implementation, migration, and enhancement projects ;
• Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and resource planning ;
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams including SAP functional consultants, technical experts, architects, and external partners ;
• Ensure compliance with project governance, quality standards, and delivery methodologies ;
• Act as the primary point of contact for business and executive stakeholders ;
• Monitor project progress and proactively manage risks, issues, and dependencies ;
• Drive steering committees, project reviews, and status reporting activities ;
• Ensure successful testing, cutover, release, and go-live activities ;
• Support organizational change management and stakeholder engagement initiatives ;
• Contribute to continuous improvement of SAP delivery frameworks and best practices ;
• Foster collaboration between business and IT teams to achieve strategic objectives

Requirements:
• Minimum 10 years of SAP experience, including significant involvement in SAP delivery or programme management roles ;
• Proven experience leading large-scale SAP S/4HANA implementation or transformation programmes ;
• Strong understanding of SAP project delivery methodologies and governance frameworks ;
• Experience managing cross-functional and international teams ;
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills ;
• Strong understanding of SAP business processes across multiple domains ;
• Experience managing project budgets, planning, and resource allocation ;
• PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, SAP Activate, or equivalent certifications are considered an asset ;
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and decision-making skills ;
