Senior SAP S/4HANA Transport & Release Manager We are seeking an experienced Senior SAP S/4HANA Transport & Release Manager to join a major SAP transformation and support programme within an international organisation based in Luxembourg. In this key governance role, you will be responsible for managing the SAP transport landscape, release processes, and deployment activities across complex SAP S/4HANA environments. Responsibilities:
• Manage SAP transport processes across development, quality assurance, pre-production, and production environments ;
• Plan, coordinate, and execute SAP release and deployment activities ;
• Define and maintain transport and release management procedures and governance standards ;
• Ensure compliance with change management and audit requirements ;
• Coordinate with project teams, SAP consultants, developers, and infrastructure teams to schedule releases ;
• Monitor transport activities and resolve transport-related issues and conflicts ;
• Support system upgrades, migrations, and major release initiatives ;
• Manage release calendars and deployment roadmaps ;
• Perform risk assessments for planned releases and production deployments ;
• Ensure proper documentation of transport and release activities ;
• Contribute to automation and continuous improvement initiatives within SAP change and release management processes

Requirements:
• Minimum 10 years of SAP experience including substantial experience in transport, release, or change management ;
• Strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA landscapes and SAP transport mechanisms ;
• Experience with SAP ChaRM, Solution Manager, CTS/CTS+, or equivalent transport management tools ;
• Understanding of SAP release management, deployment, and governance processes ;
• Experience supporting SAP implementation, migration, or transformation programmes ;
• Familiarity with ITIL Change Management principles ;
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting capabilities ;
• Excellent coordination and stakeholder management skills ;
• Experience working in complex and highly regulated environments is considered an asset ;
