• Delivery: you make sure filings and payments meet their deadlines across the portfolio and that quality holds throughout the mission.
• Technical lead: you have the final say on CIT, MBT and NWT filings, tax provisions and assessments, you handle the most complex cases and act as senior escalation point.
• Team leadership: you organise workloads, set priorities, support and coach the managers and staff, and keep the team engaged and focused.
• Clients: you keep key relationships running smoothly and give pragmatic, business-minded advice.
• Practice management: you oversee risk and the financial side of engagements (budgets, billing, work in progress).
• Improvement and handover: you spot quick wins in processes and tools, and prepare a clean handover at the end of the mission.
Your profile
• 10+ years in Luxembourg corporate tax and compliance environment, with solid experience in reviewing returns and managing a client portfolio.
• Demonstrated experience in senior client relationship management, commercial management and business development within a professional services, fiduciary, accounting or financial services environment
• Senior people-management experience, including supervising managers.
• A background in a Big 4, tax advisory or fiduciary environment.
• A degree in tax, accounting, finance, economics or law. A professional qualification would be a plus.
• Fluent English. Any of French, German or Luxembourgish is an asset.
