Key Responsibilities
• Lead SAP projects from initiation through implementation and stabilization.
• Define and manage project scope, planning, budget, resources, risks and dependencies.
• Coordinate business teams, IT teams, SAP functional/technical experts and external partners.
• Manage governance, SteerCo preparation, reporting and executive communication.
• Ensure effective management of risks, issues, decisions and change requests.
• Coordinate testing, UAT, cutover, go-live and post-go-live activities.
• Manage dependencies and integration points between different SAP modules and surrounding systems.
• Ensure alignment between business requirements, SAP capabilities and project objectives.
• Drive stakeholder engagement and facilitate decision-making across business and IT teams.
• Manage third-party vendors and implementation partners where applicable. Required Experience & Skills
• Proven experience as a Project Manager on SAP implementation, migration, transformation or upgrade projects.
• Good functional understanding of the SAP landscape and key modules, including FI, CO, SD and Knowledge of other SAP modules and S/4HANA environments is highly valued.
• Ability to understand cross-module dependencies and integration challenges.
• Strong experience in project governance, planning, budget management, risk management and stakeholder management.
• Experience coordinating multidisciplinary and international teams.
• Strong communication skills with both technical and business stakeholders.
• SAP SuccessFactors knowledge or project experience is a strong plus. Mandatory Requirements
