FREELANCE AVIATION TRAINER – CRM & SEP

Location:
England or Europe ITS Academy delivers aviation training to clients worldwide, specialising in human factors, safety and emergency procedures. We are currently recruiting a freelance Crew Resource Management (CRM) and Safety & Emergency Procedures (SEP) Trainer to deliver training primarily to our client based in Luxembourg. Candidate Requirements
• Reside in England, Luxembourg, or in one of the neighbouring countries to Luxembourg.
• Be suitably qualified to deliver CRM and SEP training to pilots and cabin crew.
• Have private jet or VVIP experience.

Key Responsibilities
• Deliver training in classrooms and mock-up environments.
• Assess trainees.
• Consult with other trainers and managers regarding course development. Essential Criteria
• Previous experience working in a similar role.
• Extensive classroom management experience.
• Impeccable communication skills.
• Proficiency in English.
• Computer competency with MS Excel, MS Word and PowerPoint/Keynote. Desirable
• Flexibility in

working hours
and days.

Working Hours
& Travel Hours will be as required for the proper performance of duties. The role may involve international travel to deliver training courses at other locations. Reporting Line
