Job Description & Summary

Meet your future team

Join one of Luxembourg’s largest Marketing & Communications teams, where specialists across digital marketing, content, events, analytics, market intelligence and communications work together to support the firm’s priorities and market presence. You will collaborate with experienced professionals across functions and gain exposure to a wide range of stakeholders and projects.

What your role will look like

As a Marketing & Communication Trainee, you will contribute to campaigns, content and business-facing initiatives while building practical experience across multiple areas of marketing and communications. Your role exists to help the team deliver engaging communications, generate insights and support projects that strengthen how PwC connects with its audiences.

  • Contribute to digital marketing, social media, website, event and internal communication initiatives that support business objectives.
  • Create and coordinate marketing content, including newsletters, email campaigns, presentations and promotional materials.
  • Help measure campaign effectiveness by maintaining dashboards, tracking key performance indicators and identifying market and competitor insights.
  • Work with CRM, marketing automation, survey and reporting tools to support marketing campaigns and business development activities.
  • Coordinate marketing projects and events, working with colleagues across the firm to ensure effective execution and stakeholder communication.
  • Explore how AI-enabled tools can support marketing activities and apply critical judgement when reviewing outputs and recommendations.
  • Build an understanding of how marketing, communications and data-driven decision-making come together in a professional services environment.

Your growth and opportunities

Gain hands-on exposure to digital marketing, content creation, analytics, events and emerging marketing technologies while contributing to real business projects. Develop practical experience with marketing tools, data analysis and stakeholder collaboration. Build a strong foundation for a future career in marketing and communications through day-to-day learning, coaching and exposure to experienced professionals.

The skills you bring

  • Currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Economics, Business Administration or a related field, with a mandatory internship requirement of at least six months.
  • Fluent English (professional written and verbal communication required).
  • Microsoft 365 Suite: Working knowledge, including Excel, PowerPoint and Word; comfortable organising, validating and summarising data using spreadsheets.
  • CRM, marketing automation, email campaign or customer feedback tools: Initial hands-on experience; experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Mailjet or Qualtrics is an asset.
  • Understanding of AI tools and the ability to apply critical thinking when reviewing AI-generated content or analysis.

Ways of working

  • You structure information clearly, analyse data thoroughly and draw well-supported conclusions.
  • You collaborate effectively with colleagues from different teams, contributing to shared goals and building trusted working relationships.
  • You actively seek learning opportunities, apply feedback to improve your work and adapt quickly to new tools and ways of working.
  • You act with integrity, handle confidential information with care, and uphold high ethical standards in every situation.

Additional skills that would support your success

  • French and/or another language in addition to English.
  • The skills listed reflect what matters most to succeed in this role. If your experience aligns with them, even if your path looks different, we encourage you to apply and start the conversation with us.
