Your mission: Within the IT department, you will be in charge of the evolutionary and corrective maintenance of payment systems’ infrastructure and applications. Your

responsibilities:
• You set up and manage the payment infrastructure and systems of the Central Bank while providing maintenance and second-level support to secure daily operations – your scope includes the following applications and platforms: SWIFT Alliance Administration, SWIFT Web access applications, NEXI/SIA, etc.;
• You ensure that the payment systems run properly in production;
• You contribute to the processes and information system development in line with the defined strategy;
• You participate in drawing up functional and technical specifications related to payment systems;
• You coordinate external service providers regarding the development and maintenance of payment systems, in collaboration with the business product owner and project teams;
• You take part in projects in the field of payment applications and infrastructure, including activities and deliverables such as architecture definition, configuration, supplier management and technical and functional documentation;
• You run technical and functional tests;
• You take part in the on-call system support and in the updates of infrastructures and systems organised outside business hours ;
• You support end users in documenting business requirements and lead the technical documentation of business and system changes.

Your profile
• You hold a Master's degree in Computer Science and Information Technology;
• You have at least 5 years' experience in a similar role;
• You have technical knowledge in the following areas:
• Experience in SWIFT Alliance Administration (SAA, SAG, SWP, HSM, VPN)
• Experience in NEXI/SIA would be an advantage
• Experience in SWIFT Web access applications (O2M, RMA portal, basic tracker) would be an advantage
• Technical project coordination (DBA, infrastructure, systems, development, etc.)
• ITIL processes and information security controls
• Knowledge of SQL language and scripting (UNIX, LINUX, Windows)
• You are fluent in English and French; a good knowledge of German and/or Luxembourgish would be an advantage;
• You are keen to learn and succeed;
• You show initiative and creativity;
• You are assertive, open-minded, and willing to perform.
